Students are required to report on time and leave only on the prescribed date and time.
Arriving late after the stipulated time and date of return following free weekends and holidays will result in disciplinary action and a fine of Rs. 500/- per day.
Early leave must be requested at least a week in advance in writing. Only the Principal is authorized to grant such leave. Family functions and appointments must be arranged only during scheduled breaks.
Boarders may go home for 'Free week-ends' which are marked on the school calendar.
Students are expected to participate in all school activities and be obedient, courteous and co-operative.
🚫 Students are NOT allowed to use electrical gadgets in the dormitories.
Cameras, gold ornaments and cash will be confiscated and never returned if brought to school.
- aOnly one bottle of any permitted spread and toiletries to last one and a half months.
- bDo not send money, snacks, toys, crayons or books — prohibited.
- cParents requested NOT to send food or expensive gift items through parcel.
- aKeep the School Nurse and Dorm Parent informed about any medication your child is undergoing.
- bDental surgeon from Coimbatore visits twice a month. Permission will not be granted during term time.
- cAnnual check-ups by an Ophthalmologist, Dentist & General Physician besides the School Doctor.
Mobile usage for boarders (Class 1–12) is subject to the following terms:
Basic mobile only, around Rs. 1,000/-
Only 2 parent numbers. One call per week.
Only parents may call the child.
Dorm parent checks number before every call.
Call only on the given day & time.
Mon–Sat: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Parents with two children may purchase one mobile for both. Do not use the school landline on Sundays. Misuse will result in this facility being withdrawn for all.

Permitted for Class 9–12 only during free time on weekends. Must be kept in the custody of the dorm parent.
All furniture, fittings and school property must be used with care. Breakages caused by a student will result in a fine.
Perfect cleanliness must be maintained in all classrooms and dormitories at all times.
🚫 Objectionable magazines, CDs, etc. are all BANNED. Students found indulging face strict disciplinary action and expulsion from school.
Boarders will be taken to church on all Sundays.
Students are not allowed to leave the campus without prior permission. Offenders will be dealt with severely.
