All boarders must maintain discipline, cleanliness, and mutual respect within the dormitory at all times. These guidelines ensure a safe and nurturing living environment for every student.
Beds must be made and kept neatly arranged every morning before leaving the dormitory for school.
No food, snacks, or beverages are permitted inside the dormitory rooms. All meals must be taken only in the dining hall.
Electrical gadgets including mobile phones, tablets, earphones, MP3 players, and chargers are strictly prohibited inside the dormitory unless permitted by the dorm parent.
Cupboards and wardrobes must be kept organized and locked at all times. Clothes must be properly folded and arranged.
Wet clothes and towels must not be kept inside the room. Use the designated drying area outside exclusively.
Personal belongings must be clearly labeled with the student's name, class, and roll number to avoid confusion or loss.
The dormitory must be vacated during school hours. Students are not permitted to remain inside dormitories during class time without written permission from the Principal.
Furniture, cots, and cupboards must not be moved or rearranged. Any damage to property will be charged to the student responsible.
Each student is assigned a duty roster for sweeping and mopping. Assigned duties must be completed before 7:00 AM every morning.
Bathrooms and washrooms must be cleaned after use. Do not leave water pooled on the floor or leave soap and toiletries behind.
Littering inside or around the dormitory is strictly prohibited. Use designated bins for all waste disposal.
Students must bathe daily and maintain personal hygiene. Uniforms must be clean, pressed, and worn neatly every school day.
Nail cutting and hair grooming must be done regularly. The dorm parent will conduct weekly checks for personal hygiene standards.
Common areas such as corridors, bathrooms, and TV rooms must be kept clean. Every student is responsible for shared spaces, not just personal areas.
Playing with fire, matchboxes, lighters, or any flammable material is strictly forbidden in the dormitory. Violation will result in immediate expulsion.
Emergency exits and fire escape routes must be kept clear at all times. No luggage, bicycles, or objects may be placed near emergency exits.
Students must report any suspicious activity, missing items, or damage to the dorm parent immediately. Do not attempt to resolve issues independently.
Climbing on furniture, window ledges, rooftops, or compound walls is strictly prohibited. Offenders will face serious disciplinary action.
Dormitory doors must be locked at night and keys handed to the duty dorm parent. No student is permitted outside the dormitory after lights-out without authorization.
Ragging, bullying, or any form of physical or verbal abuse of fellow boarders is a zero-tolerance offence and will result in immediate dismissal from the hostel.
Students must respect the privacy of other boarders. Do not enter another student's cubicle or touch their belongings without permission.
Noise levels must be kept low inside the dormitory at all times. Loud music, shouting, or running inside the dorm is not permitted.
Students must respect the authority of the dorm parent and all school staff. Instructions given must be followed promptly and without argument.
Unauthorized visitors are not permitted in the dormitory at any time. Parents and guardians may only visit during scheduled visiting hours.
All boarders are expected to display good manners and sportsmanship at all times — inside the dormitory, on the playground, and throughout the campus.
